التنمية السياحية المستدامة كإستراتيجية لتطوير السياحة الصحراوية بالجزائر

في ظل الاهتمام الكبير بالفكر المستدام والاعتماد المتزايد له كقاعدة رئيسية لمختلف مشاريع التنمية وضمن محور الإستراتيجية الوطنية للسياحة والنهوض بالقطاع السياحي تأتي هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ: التنمية السياحية المستدامة كإستراتيجية لتطوير السياحة الصحراوية بالجزائر، لتحاول الربط بين متغيرين رئيسين هما : التنمية المستدامة والسياحة الصحراوية، وسعت إلى إبراز مجموعة من المفاهيم المحورية هي : السياحة، التنمية المستدامة، التنمية السياحية المستدامة، السياحة الصحراوية المستدامة، الإستراتيجية، والتطرق إلى مبادئ وأهداف التنمية السياحية المستدامة، واعتمادها كإستراتيجية لتطوير السياحة الصحراوية الجزائرية من خلال مقومات وإمكانيات المنطقة وتحديد مداخل وأسس تطبيق هذه الإستراتيجية.

وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة أنها محاولة للربط بين الفكر التنموي المستدام وبين مختلف المشاريع التنموية التي من بينها التنمية السياحية ومحاولة تطبيق استراتيجيات تتماشى ومفهوم الاستدامة الذي أصبح من أكثر المفاهيم المتداولة خلال القرن الواحد والعشرين، حيث اتبعت منهجين رئيسين هما : المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستنتاجي لوصف موضوع الدراسة ولاستنتاج بعض المضامين والتوسع في عدة عناصر، ومن بين أهم توصياتها العمل على انتهاج إستراتيجية تنموية سياحية تحقق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية دون الإضرار بالمحيط الإيكولوجي والاجتماعي والثقافي والمحافظة على سلامة التنوع الحيوي والبيئي.

Abstract

            In the light of the great interest with thought sustained and increasing reliance has as its main platform for various development projects and in the center of the national strategy for tourism and the promotion of the tourism sector study comes tagged with: sustainable tourism development as a strategy for the development of desert tourism in Algeria, for trying to link between two main sections: sustainable development and tourism, desert, and sought to highlight the range of the central concepts are: tourism, sustainable development, sustainable tourism development, tourism, desert development, strategy, and to address the principles and objectives of sustainable tourism development, and adoption of a strategy for the development of desert tourism Algerian through the elements and the possibilities of the region and to identify the entrances and the foundations of the application of this strategy.

The significance of this study as an attempt to link the development thinking and sustainable among the various development projects including the development of tourism and try to implement strategies in line with the concept of sustainability, which has become one of the most concepts traded during the twenty-first century, which followed two approaches main sections: a descriptive approach and the approach deductive to describe the subject of the study The conclusion some implications and the expansion of several elements, among the most important recommendations of work to pursue a strategy of tourist development achieve social and economic development without damaging the ocean ecosystem, social, cultural and maintain the integrity of biodiversity and the environment.
